Star power ... Our entire family gathered around the T.V. eagerly waiting for “Toy Story that Time Forgot,” to begin! Grandson Cody had just given us the big news! His good friend R.C. Cope was the voice of “Mason” or the “video game playing kid” in the show. We were all so excited to have the opportunity to enjoy R.C. on the big screen! The show was just a few minutes from airtime, we scrabbled to get our popcorn and get settled in, we did not want to miss a single second. Sure enough “Toy Story that Time Forgot” began and within just a few minutes we recognized a familiar voice coming from our T.V. It was so much fun to watch and we all felt so proud of R.C. After the show was over grandson Cody read the credits flashing across the screen and in big bold letters there it was - R.C. Cope. How cool it must be for R.C. and his family to see his name on the big screen! R.C. is the son of Lisa and Ryan Cope of Valley Home and is best friend to tons of the 7th graders at Valley Home School. The friendship showed by this local star and his buddies is an absolute joy to witness. Congratulations R.C. may much success come your way, from all your Valley Home friends!

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Michael Burghardt, of Oakdale. Following the wedding at the Cornerstone Church on Sunrise Avenue, members of both families celebrated the event with a reception at the church. Congratulations to the happy couple!
