Hi All! This week I am excited to share the college choice of Valley Home’s very own Bryce McKenzie.

Bryce has grown up in Valley Home and has been involved in just about every activity and event held in Valley Home over the past few years. Bryce is an amazing young man. Bryce loves to inspire school spirit ... he was the official “Hawk” mascot during his Valley Home school days! He and his mom Michelle, and his dad Pat were always willing and excited to help at our school and community events ... fundraisers, the Harvest Festival, National Night Out, and all events in Valley Home! His love for his Valley Home school and his Valley Home community were always greatly appreciated by our townspeople. When Bryce was around, you absolutely had to enjoy the moment; he made sure of that!

Bryce graduated from eighth grade at Valley Home School and will soon be a graduate of Escalon High School.

During Easter break Bryce visited Tuscaloosa to tour the University of Alabama. Bryce had been offered a full tuition scholarship to Alabama. After significant thought and deliberation, Bryce decided to turn down the full tuition scholarship to Alabama and accept the half tuition scholarship to Arizona State. He is now a future Sun Devil majoring in Engineering Management. His family is very proud of his efforts and relieved that he will be close to home. Our Valley Home community sends our best wishes huge congratulations to you Bryce! We are so proud of you. Go Arizona State Sun Devils!
