We are excited to bring you more details on our Valley Home Cleanup Day. Cleanup will start at 8:00 am; also that day you are invited to rent a “yard sale” space at the park, there will also be an ice cold lemonade stand to satisfy your thirst ... a snack bar will be available to satisfy your hunger. Please call Jessica at 925-998-7850 to reserve your yard sale space or volunteer to help; she would greatly appreciate your support. Also happening that day, Valley Home fifth grader Millie Cox and friends are excited to report that there will be a community “Easter Egg Hunt” at noon on cleanup day. All are invited! During the morning of the Easter Egg Hunt, during cleanup, any one cleaning that finds a “clue” left in the cleanup area, (left there by the Easter Bunny) can claim their prize at the Prize Area in the park at noon. Please call Millie at 209-985-5233 if you have questions about the Easter Egg Hunt! Please come out and support our Valley Home Community Cleanup Day by calling Jessica and offering your helping hands. Jessica reports that there will be a planning meeting on April 4 at 6pm at the park. In the meantime be on the lookout for the Easter Bunny as the bunny hops around Valley Home … it will be checking out places to hide clues for cleanup day prizes, and also places to hide brightly colored Easter Eggs for the “Easter Egg Hunt” – Fun, fun, fun!

Valley Home is a long way from the Dardanelles but we have learned that old habits really don’t go away ... they just wait for another day ... especially when Valley Home’s own Chuck Fleischer gets a new tie dye shirt! Chuck wore tie dye most of the time during his Dardanelle days. We are thankful that Chuck is now back in his happy place. If you see him, be sure to say hello to the amazing guy in the bright green tie dye shirt!
