The annual Scouting for Food drive hosted in Oakdale on Saturday, Nov. 9 saw several groups of scouts head out to different areas; this team was working the neighborhoods around Bridle Ridge. Troops represented included Boy Scout Troop 43 and Cub Scout packs 303, 43 and 365. Along with going out to collect, some representatives were stationed at the Oakdale Youth Center on Gilbert Avenue to accept donated non-perishable food items.
