Newly elected Oakdale Mayor J.R. McCarty will offer his first State of the City address for the community on Wednesday, Jan. 30. Scheduled at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., the luncheon and program are offered in cooperation with the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce.

Lunch, at a cost of $15 per person, will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Mayor McCarty will offer his State of the City remarks – reviewing the past year and looking ahead to 2019 – beginning at noon. The program is scheduled to wrap up by 1:30 p.m.
