Best Value University

Stanislaus State has been ranked No. 57 in the nation on the College Consensus “Best Value Colleges & Universities for 2022” top 100 list. Stan State is joined by 19 other California State University campuses on this year’s list.

Effects Of Commuting

Professor Julia Sankey and student Vivian Aguilar spent this spring estimating the number of miles Stanislaus State students drive to and from campus, which contributes to greenhouse gas emissions. They are searching for policies to address pollution-related commuting challenges at Stan State, in the California State University system and at local and state air quality resource management agencies.

Warrior Fab Lab

If the term “fab lab” sounds like a fabulous space where Warriors can innovate, problem-solve and freely use digital resources to turn ideas into something tangible, all while getting a better grasp on the concepts they are learning in classrooms, your thinking is on the right track. Designed as Stanislaus State’s central hub for innovation and cross-disciplinary experiential learning, the fab lab will be a small-scale workshop equipped with 3D printers and scanners, laser cutters, a vinyl cutter and other resources.
