A local resident got this photo on Memorial Day, catching the rainbow behind the U.S., Oakdale City and California State flags at the Oakdale Town Plaza adjacent to the Bianchi Community Center on South Second Avenue. The community also got to see plenty of flags on Friday, June 14, when the local Lions Club put out flags lining the downtown streets in observance of Flag Day.
