Mark the calendar for Saturday, May 4 and make plans to attend the ‘Paint, Eat and Drink’ party, sponsored by the Knights Ferry Rebekah Lodge 361.

Bring your friends for a fun day of painting and good food; attendees will complete a ‘Hawaiian Palm’ painting under the guidance of instructor, local artist Carol Earle. Cost is $45 and that includes acrylic paint and all necessary materials. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and lunch will be served by the Rebekahs, featuring a taco bar and salads plus coffee and ice tea. For those who choose, you may bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy at the painting party.
