It’s time to spring into warm weather fun with the sixth annual Kids Spring Fest and Safety Day, Saturday, April 7 at Kerr Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sponsored jointly by the Kiwanis Club of Oakdale and the City of Oakdale Recreational Department, this annual event features plenty of family-friendly fun for all ages.

There will be an egg hunt, games, free hot dogs, a DJ, face painting, and safety booths where kids can meet local firefighters and police officers.

The egg hunt times are as follows:
Ages 0-2, 10:30 a.m.
Ages 3-5, 10:50 a.m.
Ages 6-8, 11:10 a.m.
Ages 9-12, 11:30 a.m.

Hot dogs will be served at noon with a special drawing for an Easter basket at 12:30 p.m.
