The Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) is planning to host the 18th Annual Educational Technology Conference, ETC! 2017 on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at California State University Stanislaus (CSUS) One University Circle, Turlock. The ETC! 2017 conference is a professional development opportunity for integrating technology into education. A wide variety of sessions are offered that demonstrate how technology can support student achievement. Sessions are geared to teachers, administrators, support staff, IT professionals, technology coordinators and pre-service educators.

The goal of the conference is to offer diverse sessions that address technology in the classroom using a variety of devices and applications. Many sessions will be offered including Google Apps, Web Tools, Coding, Robotics, and more. According to SCOE’s Technology Learning Resource Division Director Sally Savona, the conference has expanded over the years and continues to be the premier regional educational technology event in the Central Valley.

With over 1100 attendees and 187 sessions last year, ETC! 2017 expands this year with three additional workshops scheduled for Friday, Feb. 24 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

As in past years, the conference provides a positive learning experience and a great networking opportunity for attendees. The cost is $80 and includes conference materials and lunch. For more information or to register online, visit or contact us at 209-238-1425.
