Rain, sun, wind and mud … all added up to a memorable weekend of rodeo action for the 66th annual Oakdale Saddle Club PRCA Rodeo, hosted at the Saddle Club Grounds. Shown, Oakdale’s Shelby Stansbury winds around the barrel in Sunday action, taking seventh place and collecting $587 for this 18.91 second run;  events were halted late for a presentation of the colors and a special tribute to First Responders and the team roping duo of Oakdale’s Wyatt Hansen and Blake Teixeira of Tres Pinos broke through in the second round with a 9.3 showing, good for sixth place and $281. Festivities took place all week long.
