Community Programs

Sunday, December 17th – Line Dancing Fun Sunday 1 p.m. Kick-up your heels and join other dancers for a day of line dancing and fun. Admission $7; bring comfortable shoes and a snack. Gladys Lemmons Senior Center 450 East A Street.

 

Tuesday, December 19th – Community Band and Singing Seniors Christmas Concert 6:30 p.m. Free to the public. Refreshments, provided by Alignment Health Plan, will be served. Donations appreciated for OHS Senior Scholarships. Gladys Lemmons Senior Center 450 East A Street.

 

Tuesday Evenings – Oakdale Community Band Rehearsals – 6:30 p.m. Pick up your instrument, dust it off and get ready to play! There are no auditions for this band, come on down to the Senior Center Tuesday nights to rehearse. Fee $10 per year. Gladys Lemmons Senior Center 450 East A Street.

 

Thursday Evenings – Line Dancing. Intro to Line Dancing/Beginners – 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. These classes are continuous programs that can be joined anytime with the purchase of a punch card. $30.00 for a 6 class punch card. Gladys Lemmons Senior Center 450 East A Street.

Thursday, December 21st – Green Bag Program – 11 a.m. Healthy eating presentation and free fruits and vegetables. For Seniors 60+ who meet income requirements.
