Pilot Pot Program Second Session Set

Due to the large number of inquiries from parties interested in submitting a Cannabis Pilot Program proposal but unable to attend the mandatory pre-submittal conference on Tuesday, May 30, Oakdale city officials have decided to host a second pre-submittal conference. The second pre-submittal conference will be held on Wednesday, June 14 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., Oakdale. All other terms of the RFQ remain unchanged.

City Manager Bryan Whitemyer noted that the City of Oakdale is “seeking proposals from qualified cannabis operators to be considered for participation in the Oakdale Cannabis Pilot Program.”

Qualified candidates interested in participating in the Cannabis Pilot Program must attend the pre-submittal conference. Those that were unable to attend the May 30 event but want to be considered must attend the June 14 session.

The presence of a representative of the project team is a mandatory requirement for consideration. The purpose of the pre-submittal conference is to provide background on the City’s goal, the vision of the Cannabis Pilot Program and to answer questions, said Whitemyer.

Proposals are due no later than 3 p.m. on Monday, June 19.
