Picture Perfect Day For Ferry's Classic Car Show
Among the cars on display at Saturday’s classic car show in Knights Ferry was this 1957 Chevrolet 150 dubbed ‘Trouble Maker’ by its Ripon owners.

Bright blue skies, warm temperatures and a hint of a breeze made for near perfect conditions on Saturday, June 16 as the third annual Not Forgotten Classic Car and Motorcycle Show was staged at the 50’s Roadhouse in Knights Ferry.

Hosted in cooperation with American Veterans First, the show was in honor and memory of Marine Cpl. Michael D. Anderson, Jr.

A few booths were featured as well including one staffed by the Mid-Cal Blue Star Moms and one from the local Veterans Center, providing information and support.

Duke Cooper of American Veterans First said the day was a success, with plenty of cars, trucks and motorcycles on display, along with music, food, beverages, and camaraderie, not to mention a number of awards presented to the classic car enthusiasts.
