Late November at the Oakdale Library will feature “Mathematics of Music.” Children will explore the connection between music and math as Lynn Sampson presents live music and instruments in this fun and educational setting, starting at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30. This is designed for elementary school age, but all ages will enjoy the music.

The Friends of the Oakdale Library are the main sponsors of many library programs and prizes. They will hold their monthly meeting on Monday, Nov. 28 at 1:30 p.m. You can sign up to join the Friends. Forms and info are available at the Oakdale Library.

Operation Gratitude also continues through November at the Library. Write a letter of thanks and support to the men and women who are active duty military, veterans, and first responders. These letters will be included in care packages supplied by Operation Gratitude. Call the Library for guidelines and info, 847-4204.
