Capping off their sixth grade year with success – and now getting ready to enter junior high school, several students were recognized by the Kiwanis Club of Oakdale as the 2019 Hope of America award winners. Chosen as the honorees were, top photo, Sierra View Coyotes Jose Buenrostro and Lyndee Cox while Fair Oaks Falcons, at side, receiving the honor were Madison Mattos and Wes Burford. Kiwanis Club President Myril Tougaw and Secretary Nanci Tougaw made the presentations.
