Oakdale City Clerk Kathy Teixeira announced that the regular Oakdale City Council meeting for Monday, Jan. 3, 2017 has been cancelled.

At the Dec. 5 meeting, council members decided to postpone the meeting and any agenda items held until its next regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 17. The meeting will be held on a Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. instead of Monday, since Jan. 16 will be observed as the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

Regular meetings of the Oakdale City Council are held on the first and third Mondays of every month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 277 N. Second Ave., Oakdale. When the date of any regular meeting falls upon a legal holiday, the meeting is held on the next succeeding day.
