Dancers, musicians, and food booths of all types took up residence on the lawn area adjacent to St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Oakdale on Sunday, Sept. 17.

The festivities were part of the annual International Festival and there were plenty of events to keep the whole family busy and entertained for the afternoon.

Food booths ranged from Portuguese to Filipino, German to Italian, offering up something for every taste. Dancers in colorful costumes delighted the crowd and a kid’s area featured a climbing rock wall, face painting and plenty of games and inflatables.

Several items were also available in both live and silent auctions and the festival was open to all, celebrating the community’s cultural diversity.
