There was a packed clubhouse for the Knights Ferry School’s Winter Program. It opened with Julia Nilsson as Mistress of Ceremony and the K-4 students on stage and the 5-6 in the choir area singing “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” followed by “Frosty the Snowman” with Denali Benson as Frosty. Denali’s costume was great! After that the Kindergarten and First and Second Grades sang “Mister Santa”. Natalie Brockman is the choir director and the band director. The Intermediate Band, consisting of Kylee Sisco, Alyssa Sisco, Kaeli Sweet and Eden Cassinetto played “Jingle Bell Rock”. Fourth Grader Dylan Anderson did a piano solo - “We Three Kings”. Then the Third and Fourth grades took the stage for “Little Drummer Boy” with Vincent Peterson the Drummer Boy. River McCarthy played “Hark the Herald Angels Sing” on the piano. The KFS Handbell Choir played “We Three Kings” then the Fifth and Sixth Grades sang “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer”. The Junior High presented a skit called: The Reindeer Rebellion, where the reindeer go on strike because Santa gets all the mail and adoration. Santa arrived and refreshments were served. It was a great program!
