Knights Ferry School is officially back in session! The Parent Teacher Club and staff went all out to make the first day of school a welcoming and exciting place to be. This year they did a blue and gold balloon archway that said “Welcome Back to School” for the children to pass under as they walked up the sidewalk and they planned a morning meet and greet for families and staff on the freshly painted blacktop playground with donut holes, water, and a very colorful photo backdrop perfect for pictures! The donut holes and water were graciously donated by the local Masonic Lodge. I have always appreciated the Masonic Lodge’s kindness to the students at Knights Ferry!
