Knights Ferry News 5-3-23

The Peddler’s Faire brought thousands of people to Knights Ferry on Sunday! It was a gorgeous sunny day, the parking lots were filled, and the shuttle was bussing people between downtown and the river park. It was a great day to enjoy the scenery and do a little shopping. There were vendor booths of hand sewn bags, handmade soaps, leather stamped products, crystal gemstone jewelry, succulent plants, and a variety of other handcrafted items. The antique side was full of unique items for sale such as tables, chairs, vases, kitchen items, and other treasures waiting for just the right buyer.

The Peddler’s Faire is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Miller’s Hall which supports the local Post Office and the Knights Ferry Museum. The vendor spot donations are important to fund the maintenance and upkeep of the historical Miller’s Hall building and allows the Miller’s Hall to give scholarships to local high school graduates. Thank you to all the vendors who sign up and support the history of our town.
