Knights Ferry News
Knights Ferry

Knights Ferry School recently celebrated their 100th day of school. The kindergarten class baked bread and churned butter like they would have done 100 years ago. They also wrote about what they could do to make the world a better place before each of them turn 100 years old. Jak Gardner said he wanted to be a fireman and save 100 lives. They also accomplished 100 acts of kindness. The first graders were asked to bring or make 100 of something to show the class. First grader Caleb Rose proudly displayed his Pac-Man project. It featured 100 yellow balls for the Pac-Man to eat on black foam display board.

The 5th – 8th graders will travel to Roberts Ferry on Friday to complete in basketball games. Go bobcats!

At the Community Club meeting, President Chris Peterson read a letter from the water district stating they mailed a survey to all customers. Results from the survey may help the water district receive a grant for much needed improvements. Dolly Haskell mentioned everyone should be on the lookout for the survey as it is from a third party and they might accidentally throw it out.
