Knights Ferry News
Knights Ferry

The hearts of our community members and school families grew at least two sizes this holiday season! The tree with tags representing local family members in need was picked clean last week. This week the school office was jam packed to the door with gifts and Santa’s helpers worked to prep the gifts for the final step to deliver all the gifts to the families. Many of the families will also receive a gift card to help purchase groceries. Full bellies and happy hearts is a wonderful holiday tradition and we couldn’t have done it without our community and school families!

Knights Ferry School traveled to Valley Home School on Friday to face off with the Hawks in a soccer game. The 7th and 8th grade game was a very close one ending the game with a tie score of 0-0. They played one overtime period and penalty kicks. Knights Ferry’s goalie, Vincent Peterson blocked many of the attempted goals but eventually Valley Home took home the lead. It was a great game and Knights Ferry played a good game.

The evening performance will start at 6:30 p.m. and only those with a ticket will be able to attend.
