Fee Schedule Announced For 2016 Vital Records

Stanislaus County Clerk Recorder and Registrar of Voters Lee Lundrigan has announced the following fee changes in her office effective Jan. 1, 2016.

 

Vitals and Marriage Documents – Fees Unchanged

There are no increases on vital or marriage document fees. Continuing 2016 fees remain as follows:

$28 Birth Certificate; $21 Death Certificate; $18 Fetal Death Certificate; $15 Marriage and Confidential Marriage Certificates; $76 Marriage License; $81 Confidential Marriage License.

 

California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) – Fee Changes

The Department of Fish and Game imposes and collects a filing fee to defray the costs of managing and protecting California’s fish and wildlife resources. For projects with local lead agencies, the county clerk collects any applicable filing fees at the time the notice of determination is filed. The project proponent is responsible for payment of the filing fee. FG Code 713 requires the Department of Fish and Game to adjust filing fees annually which are posted here for 2016.

Up 25 cents from 2015 fees are Negative Declaration and Mitigated Negative Declaration: $2,210.25; Environmental Impact Report: $3,070.00. No change in fee from 2015 to 20156 is a Substitute Document pursuant to a Certified Regulatory Program: $1,043.75.
