Kiwanis Club of Oakdale recently acknowledged several Oakdale Joint Unified School District students with the Hope of America Award. Presented each year, the Hope of America honor is given to students for academic achievement, citizenship and leadership. Selected students were recognized with this honor and received a plaque from Kiwanis members during awards ceremonies at their respective school sites.
