Chosen as the Hope of America Award winners at the end of their sixth grade school year, representing Magnolia Elementary School, were Brooklin Werner, left, and Morgan Merzon. The Kiwanis Club of Oakdale presents the awards annually to sixth graders at each of the four Oakdale elementary schools. Awardees are chosen for excellent grades, outstanding character and leadership.
