Oakdale High School hosted its annual Staff Salsa Cook-Off recently, giving participants the chance to practice their salsa making skills prior to the observance of the Cinco de Mayo holiday. Here, Vice Principal Pat King samples the tasty handiwork of the 12 staff submissions. Art Teacher Omar Salinas was named the winner.
