Weekend Plant Sale

Oakdale Women’s Club (OWC) is holding a Fundraiser plant sale on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 20 and 21, 2020 at 60 Lambuth Ave., Oakdale. All proceeds from the two-day event, held between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., will go directly towards the OWC’s scholarship fund for Oakdale High School (OHS) graduating students. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment of items. As the policies of COVID-19 continue, face coverings (masks) and Social Distancing are to be followed, while hand sanitizers, disposable gloves, and disposable masks will be provided by OWC if needed by shoppers.

Luncheon Fundraiser

Local service organization Soroptimist International of Oakdale’s annual Holiday Luncheon fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the event will be held outdoors at Bloomingcamp Ranch, 10528 Highway 120, in Oakdale. Masks are required and social distancing and other recommended protocols will be followed. Tickets are $25 if purchased by Nov. 24 and $30 after Nov. 24.
