There has been no shortage of holiday-themed events over the past couple of weeks around the region. With Christmas and New Year looming, Oakdale and Riverbank both have played host to lots of activities, from neighborhood lighting extravaganzas to toy collections to parades.

Whether you were able to take in a school concert, give a donation to help those less fortunate or enjoy watching a holiday parade roll by, the various gatherings have helped residents get into a festive mood.
