Fast approaching, mark your calendar for the special Halloween celebration coming up on Monday, Oct. 31. The City of Oakdale’s Annual Halloween Parade is a community event to bring families together to celebrate Halloween, creative costumes, play kid-friendly games, and eat free food supplied by Kiwanis of Oakdale.
The parade will begin on Halloween, Oct. 31 at 5 p.m. at the Youth Building on the corner of West H Street and Gilbert Avenue. The parade route will end at the Community Center around 5:30 p.m., where there will be a variety of games hosted by community partners, free food, a photo booth, and a costume contest. The event will end at 7 p.m., so there will be plenty of time for attendees to go Trick-or-Treating from there. Get your costumes ready and enjoy the fun served up by the city on Halloween.
