Annual Halloween Parade Scheduled For Monday

Make plans to join in the fun and attend the City of Oakdale’s Annual Halloween Parade. Staged on Halloween day, this community event is designed to bring families together to celebrate Halloween, creative costumes, play kid-friendly games, and eat free food supplied by Kiwanis of Oakdale.

The parade will begin on Halloween, Monday, Oct. 31 at 5 p.m. at the Youth Building on the corner of West H Street and Gilbert Avenue. The parade route will end at the Bianchi Community Center on South Second Avenue around 5:30 p.m., where there will be a variety of games hosted by community partners, free food, a photo booth, and a costume contest.

The event will end at 7 p.m., so there will be plenty of time for attendees to go Trick-or-Treating from there. Get your costumes ready and enjoy the fun served up by the city on Halloween.
