A DECENT WORLD Unfortunately, bullying is a part of life. Whether you were bullied or you've bullied someone else we've all been involved. Hopefully if you were a bully we've grown up and learned to be better.

This video was produced to see what grown men and women would do if they saw a child bullied. Full disclosure, I almost didn't watch this video. Due to things that have happened in my past and the fact that I am the father of a child that has been bullied mildly I didn't know if I could handle the video. I decided to watch it anyway and I'm so happy I did.

At first I was worried that people would not step up to the plate and just assume it wasn't their responsibility to say something, but I am pleased to tell you that I was wrong.

I won't lie and try to tell you that I didn't get a lump in my throat while watching this. It's a great reminder to all of us that we can easily fall into a cycle of bullying whether it be active or passive. We don't have to get along with everyone, but we should be kind.
