Alyse Danielle Kendig and Cameron David Kisst have announced their plans to wed this summer.

The bride-to-be attended Oakdale High School and graduated with her teaching credential from CSU, Chico. She is employed as a Special Education teacher with the Castro Valley Unified School District. She is the daughter of Howard and Mariane Kendig, and sister of Carly Kendig of Oakdale.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Escalon High School and graduated with a Masters in Exercise Physiology from CSU, Chico. He is employed at Stanford University, School of Medicine and is the son of David and Pamela Kisst and brother of Madison Kisst of Escalon.

On November 7, 2012, Cameron took Alyse to San Francisco for her birthday. He proposed to her at McCovey Cove near AT&T Park.

The couple plan to marry in Escalon in July. They will reside in San Leandro.
