Jonathan and Rebecca Peregoy welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Sydney Nickole Peregoy, on December 2, 2009. The newborn weighed eight pounds, seven ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Rebecca Vierra.

Welcoming the newcomer home were older siblings Kyra and Tyler.

Paul Vierra of Hayward and Marsha and Doug Kolsters of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.

Daniel and Diane Peregoy of Oroville are paternal grandparents.
