A boy, Quentin Callaway Cooper, was born Sept. 9, 2010 to expectant parents Thomas and Ashley Cooper of Oakdale. The newborn weighed seven pounds, eight ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Ashley Rash.
Ken Rash of Colfax and Debbie Rash of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
Mike and Patti Cooper of Oakdale are the paternal grandparents.
