A boy, Okalani Kaili, was born April 8, 2011 to expectant parents Kainalu Kaili and Michelle Ridenour of Empire. The newborn weighed eight pounds, seven ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newcomer home was older sibling Kainalu Kaili, Jr.

Rick and Jeanne Carter of Don Pedro are the maternal grandparents.

John and Margarete Allingham or Oakdale are paternal grandparents.
