Josh and Rochelle Modesto of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Naomi Grace Modesto, on Feb. 18, 2013. Naomi was born at Oak Valley Hospital, weighing in at an even eight pounds.

The mother is the former Rochelle Willems.

Welcoming home the newest addition are siblings Jeremy and Malachi Modesto.

Maternal grandparents are Curt and Diane Willems of Oakdale.
