A girl, Mayin Ortiz Rosas was born July 9, 2011 to expectant parents Jose Ortiz and Alicia Rosas of Riverbank. The newborn weighed seven pounds, six ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming the newcomer home were older siblings Mauricio and Jaqueline Ortiz.
Emilio and Maria Rosas of Riverbank are the maternal grandparents.
Soledad and Agustin Ortiz of Mexico are paternal grandparents.
