John Salcedo and Blanca Navarro of Turlock welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Janessa Veronica Salcedo, on Sept. 18, 2010. She weighed seven pounds, seven ounces on arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming the new sister home were siblings Robert and Janett Ornelas.
Tobias and Maria Navarro of Turlock are the maternal grandparents.
The late Vincente Salcedo and Maricela Alcazar of Mexico are the paternal grandparents.
