A boy, Ippo Nonoy Eugene George, was born Feb. 26, 2011 to expectant parents Josh and Louvina George of Oakdale. The newborn weighed seven pounds, six ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Louvina Mae Marie B. Torlao.

Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Kumiko George.

Canuto Torlao and Dinah Lourdes Torlao of the Philippines are the maternal grandparents.

Bret Binda and Mary George of Modesto are paternal grandparents.
