Elmer Eduardo Paniagua and Liliana Olivares of Riverbank welcomed the arrival of their son, Etzel Eduardo Paniagua Olivares, on Nov. 2, 2010. He weighed seven pounds, seven ounces on arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newborn home were older siblings Rosa A. Zurita and Liliana Paniagua.

Maternal grandparents are Roborto Olivares and Maria Asuncion Tellez of Mexico.

Paternal grandparent is Rosa Canas of Riverbank.
