Nicole and Alan Smith of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Dahlia Marie Smith, on Oct. 28, 2012.

The newborn weighed six pounds, 10 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Nicole Todd.

Welcoming home their new baby sister were siblings Madison and Alexis Smith.

Jack Todd of Oakdale is the maternal grandfather.
