A boy, Anthony Michael Bernal, was born Oct 2, 2010 to expectant parents Brandon Bernal and Miranda McCormack of Oakdale. The newborn weighed six pounds, 15 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Welcoming the newcomer home was older brother Christopher Beidleman.

Paternal grandparents are Anthony Bernal and Jayme Bernal of Oakdale.
