Valley Home fourth grader Maddie Jones took her History assignment “Create a California Mission” to the family kitchen! Maddie used her cooking skills and her imagination to bake and decorate a very tasty mission. Maddie’s teacher Robin Cole was very impressed and her classmates were thrilled to be able to munch on Maddie’s delicious California mission. Great job Maddie!

This coming summer is looking to be a memorable one for Valley Home resident Jenna Heaton. Jenna and best friend Taylor Denman will be attending the “last George Strait concert.” The two girls met in kindergarten at Valley Home School and have remained best friends over the years. Both are now in college and both are super excited to be able to be at Cowboy Stadium for the “Cowboy Rides Away” concert! What fun these two will have!

Until next time….Happy trails to all!
