The sink hole in the middle of town is temporarily filled with rocks. Public Works must replace the pipe. This is a large job and will take some time to repair. The estimated completion date is the end of April.

The tickets for the Dinner and Auction Fundraiser benefiting Knights Ferry School on March 10 are officially sold out. If you are still interested in tickets, please contact Courtney at 209-844-6725 to put your name on the waitlist. If tickets become available, Courtney will contact you.

The event sold about 160 tickets last year and 200 tickets this year. It is very exciting to see so many people support Knights Ferry School. Live Auction items include a project from each class, a hand-crafted knife by Kelly Vella, half a cow (butcher and packaging included) ready the end of Spring, and a Tahoe get away. Some of the silent auction items are guided tours and fishing trips in Yosemite, wine baskets, gift certificates, and so much more.

The first, second, seventh, and eighth graders released salmon in the river on Thursday. The Jr. High students paired with their buddies in first and second grade to release the salmon the younger grades raised in their classrooms.

Austin Sherley showed his skills in the fifth and sixth grade boys game by scoring multiple three-point shots against the Hawks. The kids have a great time playing games against other small schools in the area.
