At the MAC meeting last Thursday Rick Bussell, Battalion Chief of Stanislaus Consolidated Fire Protection District told of the extreme fire danger in the area. When clearing your 100 feet defensible space around your home don’t mow when it is hot, only in the morning when temperature is lower and the humidity is up. The staffing of our station was discussed. Times the personnel will be at the station will be posted. Carol Davis from Miller’s Hall told of boards being replaced on the upstairs railing and the back steps being fixed by Bob Muller.
