Senior lunches are served Monday through Friday at the Gladys L. Lemmons Senior Center in Oakdale. Call to reserve a lunch, 303-0946.

When Chef or Chicken Caesar Salad are chosen, they are served with an orange and whole wheat bread. All meals are served with eight ounces of low fat milk. Birthday cake is also served one Wednesday each month.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 11

Breaded pork chop, Brussels sprouts, baked sweet potato, fresh apple, whole wheat bread. (Sub – Chef Salad)

 

THURSDAY, OCT. 12

Chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, spinach salad with Italian dressing, tomato cucumber salad, orange juice.

 

FRIDAY, OCT. 13

Liver and onions, roasted red potatoes, French cut green beans, pineapple, whole wheat bread.

 

MONDAY, OCT. 16

Ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato, split pea soup w/ham, carrot raisin salad, orange pineapple juice.

 

TUESDAY, OCT. 17

Beef stew with carrots, potatoes, onions and celery, tossed green salad w/ranch dressing, ambrosia fruit salad, biscuit.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 18

Tuna noodle casserole, carrot coins, three-bean salad, apple juice with vitamin C, fruited gelatin. (Sub – Chicken Caesar Salad)

 

THURSDAY, OCT. 19

Salisbury steak w/gravy, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, pineapple, whole wheat bread.

 

FRIDAY, OCT. 20

Baked chicken breast with gravy, rice pilaf, garden salad w/Italian dressing, French cut green beans, orange juice, whole wheat bread.

 

MONDAY, OCT. 23

Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes w/gravy, broccoli cuts, fresh banana.

 

TUESDAY, OCT. 24

Tostada salad w/Thousand Island dressing, California blend vegetables, orange pineapple juice.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 25

Hamburger on whole wheat bun with tomato, onion slice and lettuce, diced sweet potatoes, coleslaw, pudding. (Sub – Chef Salad)

 

THURSDAY, OCT. 26

Meat lasagna, French cut green beans, Caesar salad, orange juice, garlic bread.

 

FRIDAY, OCT. 27

Tuna salad croissant, spinach salad w/cherry tomatoes and Italian dressing, mandarin oranges, fresh apple.

 

MONDAY, OCT. 30

Broccoli beef, brown rice, yellow squash, apricots, whole wheat bread.

 

TUESDAY, OCT. 31

Happy Halloween! Chicken Parmesan with pasta, tossed green salad w/ranch dressing, carrot coins, orange juice, garlic bread.
