An Oakdale woman remains jailed on $50,000 bail after a trip to the emergency room on Wednesday, Feb. 15 resulted in her arrest. Tenessa Michelle Price, 28, of Oakdale was arrested after her one-year-old son was believed to have methamphetamine in system.

According to Oakdale Police, officers were dispatched to the Oak Valley Hospital emergency room about 3:30 a.m. on Feb. 15, regarding a one-year-old male with an unknown allergic reaction.

Upon arrival, police contacted the mother, Price, who brought her son to the emergency room because she believed he was having an allergic reaction to a new shampoo. Police determined that the child was displaying behavior consistent with that of methamphetamine use.
