Boyer, Rosas Win Annual Run For The Library Roughly 200 runners took to the streets of Oakdale on Saturday morning for the 2010 Don Osborne Memorial Library Run. Hosted by the Oakdale Lions Club and overseen by the Modesto-based ShadowChase Running Club, the run began near the library at South First Avenue and G Street.
