As your reporter was typing this column the Borate Bombers, helicopter and spotter plane were flying overhead; the North side of the river, above the Covered Bridge was burning. Jumping into the vehicle, I was off to Frymire Hill for a better view. The flames could be seen past the John Simons home and the Borate Bomber laid a strip of retardant on the hillside. With a cloth, wash it into the fur and leave for a few minutes then wash off. This needs to be done within four hours of skunking. I keep the ingredients on hand always!
